Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Blockverse mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Blockverse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works based on the App
  • use the App in violation of applicable law or regulation
  • attempt to bypass purchase, entitlement, progression, or unlock systems

3. Purchases and Season Pass Access

Blockverse may offer optional paid content, including season pass access and other digital items, through Apple, Google, or other supported storefronts.

  • payment is charged through the store account you use for purchase
  • purchase processing and billing are handled by the relevant platform providers
  • restores, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the policies of those providers
  • deleting the App does not automatically cancel or reverse any completed purchase

4. Sharing and User Responsibility

The App may let you generate and share result cards, screenshots, captions, and similar content based on your gameplay.

You are responsible for how you use and share that content, including where you post it and who receives it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to gameplay systems, graphics, user interface, branding, and code, is owned by Blockverse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Blockverse is a game provided for entertainment only. It does not provide professional advice, treatment, diagnosis, or any other regulated service.

Scores, world behavior, rewards, and other in-app outcomes are gameplay systems and are not warranties of value, availability, or uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, revenue, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Gameplay, Difficulty, and Visual Effects

Blockverse includes fast gameplay, score pressure, flashing neon visual effects, and shifting board rules. By using the App, you understand that runs may end quickly and that visual intensity is part of the experience.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
